The Sea Breeze Inn of Hyannis is located by the beach and Hyannisport Harbor on Cape Cod. The Inn's garden features a large gazebo. A widow's walk with tables, chairs and a beautiful view of Nantucket Sound is located on the Inn's roof. Each of the Inn's fourteen rooms are air-conditioned and individually decorated with some antique and canopy beds, televisions, radios, in-room phones, and private bathrooms. Bring your laptop and use our high speed wireless network to stay connected with your family and friends, check the latest headlines, or just surf the web. For your convenience, we have also set up a guest computer in the sitting area which can be used free of charge.
The inn is just a two minute walk away from one of Cape Cod's most beautiful beaches. Tennis, swimming, golf and more are just a five minute drive away. Nearby you'll also find boats for the islands, the Kennedy Compound, Kennedy Memorial and Kennedy Museum. You can also take a drive along 6A; which was voted the number one scenic highway in America, and visit some of the best antique shops in New England. The Sea Breeze Inn is truly an inn for all seasons, so please come and visit us, for we are open year 'round.
An expanded continental breakfast of fresh fruits, cereals, scones,
delicious muffins, bagels and cream cheese, is served every morning in the dining room. You can enjoy your breakfast in
the garden's lovely gazebo or on the widow's walk. This is also the perfect spot to enjoy drinks in the evening.

Payment: Personal checks accepted only on advance reservation. MC, VISA, AMEX, DISC & BedandBreakfast.com Gift Certificates accepted.
Deposits: 3 days or less, payment in full is required. 4 days or more, a 50% deposit is required.
Restrictions: No pets. There is no smoking at the Sea Breeze Inn.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be made only if we receive 7 days notice prior to the first day of reservation. On shorter notice, last minute cancellation, or earlier than scheduled departure, a deposit will be refunded only if the room can be re-rented over the entire reservation. In the event of a no show, the deposit will be forfeited and the balance due will be charged to your credit card. $25 processing fee will be charged for all refunds.
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is anytime after 2:00 pm. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 pm please let us know - we can arrange a late self check-in. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
